 Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical IT Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department, ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and IT project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT systems and solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and project members to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training efforts.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Business/Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience with enterprise-level systems, with a strong understanding of software applications and IT infrastructure
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI Technology and Automation tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications).

The starting base pay for this role is between USD $90,000.00 and $135,000.00 per year. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.  The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
