Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Specialist to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise in RPA platforms, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and monitor existing RPA solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Document automation processes, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed bots.
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Proficiency in one or more RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Experience with scripting languages and APIs.
• Strong understanding of process mapping and workflow design.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer).
• Experience with OCR, machine learning, or AI integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.

The starting base pay for this role is between USD $70,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.  The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
