In this role, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the Product Owner (PO) and Project Manager (PM) in managing Data & Analytics projects
Agile Product Delivery and Scrum methodologies
Coordinating and communicating between IT and functional teams to translate opportunities into technology solutions
Data analysis and visualization using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and programming languages such as Python or R
Implementing and managing functional technologies such as SAP ERP, SAP HANA, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Gathering and analyzing business requirements
Documenting and tracking projects using project management tools
Emphasizing outcome-focused approaches in a D&A career path
Receiving guidance from mentors and engaging with Kimberly-Clark’s global employee network

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications:
College student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT Management, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Previous relevant internship or related work experience is a plus
Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and programming languages like Python or R; cloud experience is a plus
Curiosity and motivation to solve business challenges using data; strong problem-solving attitude
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Technical aptitude and understanding of programming fundamentals
Solid knowledge of PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Leadership experience during college
