About the Role

The successful candidate will serve as a Scheduler to support the France & Germany Multinational Training Center (FGMTC) at Évreux-Fauville Air Base (Base aérienne 105) in Évreux, France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating training schedules, as well as managing resources, information, and access for students, crews, and personnel of the Training Center.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain FGMTC schedules
  • Coordinate reservations and scheduling for classrooms and training devices, ensuring that there are no overlaps and that the Training Center operates smoothly
  • Serve as the point of contact (PoC) for trainees, welcoming crews, employees, and visitors on site, and assisting with their requests
  • Handle student in- and out-processing, prepare course programs, and monitor prerequisites (current licenses) of trainees
  • Maintain proper filing and archiving of training documents and manage the check-in/-out process for Students and Instructors laptops
  • Apply regulatory provisions relating to safety of goods and people, as well as internal procedures and instructions related to facilities
  • Serve as the main receiving PoC during normal business hours to assist and direct individuals to the correct people/places
  • Maintain knowledge of internal/external processes for access control to the building as a secondary PoC
