About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain FGMTC schedules
 - Coordinate reservations and scheduling for classrooms and training devices, ensuring that there are no overlaps and that the Training Center operates smoothly
 - Serve as the point of contact (PoC) for trainees, welcoming crews, employees, and visitors on site, and assisting with their requests
 - Handle student in- and out-processing, prepare course programs, and monitor prerequisites (current licenses) of trainees
 - Maintain proper filing and archiving of training documents and manage the check-in/-out process for Students and Instructors laptops
 - Apply regulatory provisions relating to safety of goods and people, as well as internal procedures and instructions related to facilities
 - Serve as the main receiving PoC during normal business hours to assist and direct individuals to the correct people/places
 - Maintain knowledge of internal/external processes for access control to the building as a secondary PoC
