How you'll contribute
- Support the P&C Officer in coordinating onboardings and daily operational tasks
- Support the P&C Officer to ensure our People & Culture Information Systems (PCIS) have accurate and organised data, and assist on P&C Data Analysis
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting ways to upgrade workflows, such as testing out automation tools or helping document processes.
- Support the P&C Officer to ensure that all internal information related to P&C matters is accurate and up to date
- Assist the Work Environment Lead with the operational efficiency of all offices
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the coordination of recruitment processes
- Support the L&D Manager on the implementation of Learning and Training initiatives
- Support the Team’s continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across projects and processes
- Assist the P&C Manager and P&C Director on the daily P&C tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Our ideal candidate has
- A curiosity for the human resources function and how systems, processes, and technology can support and improve P&C work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ; knowledge of any additional languages like French or German are an asset
- An analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to spot and identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions
- Sound judgement, able to handle confidential information with discretion and tact
- Results-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
- Team player with a flexible and friendly attitude
- Able to use time effectively and efficiently; prioritisation of important tasks whilst ensuring day-to-day delivery of P&C services
- The disposition to work generously with colleagues in a high-trust global community of peers
- The versatile and adaptable skills necessary to flourish in a fast-paced and wide-ranging work environment and work across time zones using tools such as Zoom, Slack and email (Google Workspace).
