About this opportunity:
Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as a Business Analyst. In this key role, you will help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving process improvements and enabling data-informed decisions across our organization. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, gather and refine requirements, and deliver actionable insights that support high-impact outcomes.
*You will be part of a team of 120+ professionals focused on digital transformation, innovation, and operational efficiency. This role offers global exposure and growth potential into leadership or specialized roles such as Product Owner or Solution Architect.

 

What you will do:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather functional and non-functional requirements
Analyze and document business processes, identify improvement areas, and define optimized workflows
Translate business needs into detailed documentation such as BRDs, process flows, and solution outlines
Support end-to-end project delivery by contributing to design discussions and validating solutions against requirements
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure sign-off of deliverables
Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and delivery to align on solution direction
Contribute to data analysis activities to support evidence-based decisions
Track and report progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders

You will bring

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
8+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roles
Proven experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
Proficiency in business process mapping tools and documentation standards
Hands-on experience with Excel, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
Understanding of SQL or basic data analysis is a plus
Exposure to Telecom, Fintech, or MFS domains is preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL-based processes
Ability to work across time zones and adapt in a global delivery environment
