About this Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in F5 LTM/ GTM load balancer administration, IP networking, and Linux system management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure environment, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of systems and applications.
What you will do:
Configure, manage, and optimize F5 load LTM/ GTM load balancers (including network pools, virtual servers, TLS profiles, iRules, packet filters, traffic policies and ASM etc.).
Perform TCP dump and packet-level analysis to troubleshoot and resolve complex network and application issues.
Support and maintain network protocols (TCP/ IP, HTTP/ HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, BGP, OSPF, etc.) to ensure seamless connectivity and system reliability.
Perform RHEL upgrades, patching, and lifecycle maintenance to ensure compliance and stability.
Collaborate with application, security, and network teams to support deployments and infrastructure enhancements.
Automate routine operational tasks using shell scripting, Ansible, or Python (preferred).
Ensure system security and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Monitor system health, capacity, and performance, proactively addressing bottlenecks and risks.
Installation, configuration and administration of HPE L2-L4 ToR switches (e.g. 5900 series).
Installation, configuration and administration of HPE StoreOnce backup/ archiving solution and HPE Primera Storage.
Installation, configuration and administration of HPE DL series servers.
Logging tickets with third party OEMs and working on resolving various Infra related issues.
You will bring
Strong Infra related problem-solving skills with the ability to work in dynamic, mission-critical environments of fintech platform.
Proven hands-on experience in F5 LTM/ GTM configuration and troubleshooting along with experience of integrated f5 ASM/ WAF.
Strong understanding of network fundamentals and protocols.
Expertise in tcpdump/ packet capture analysis.
Strong knowledge on info security/ encryption (IPSEC VPN, TLS/ SSL, mTLS, CVE Vulnerability Mitigation etc).
Solid knowledge and experience with RHEL administration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
Experience with system hardening, security controls, and monitoring tools.
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, scripting languages).
Experience in datacentre servers, storages (RAID/ volumes etc), fibre SAN switches, backup and archiving solutions etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in F5 (CTS/ CA), Red Hat (RHCSA/ RHCE), or networking (CCNA/CCNP).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Exposure to container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OKE etc.).
