The Role:

The Asset Management Associate will assist the Asset Management Administrator (AMA) with all aspects of the NorCal office billing function.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting AMA with the billing manager function in the SAP billing system
  • Setting up client codes and job numbers
  • Processing interim bills, interim bill applications, and billing reversals
  • Training Client Team Support team members on billing
  • Training New Hires/Interns on time entry
  • Generating reports as needed for the NorCal office
  • Fielding billing questions from both Practice and Support personnel
  • Processing time corrections in SAP
  • Following up on Missing Time
  • Assisting the Finance Department with SAP projects as needed

 

Compensation and Benefits 

Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in San Francisco, the expected hourly rate for this role is $35.00 - $43.00; the actual hourly rate offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.

We offer paid time off, beginning at 160 hours annually and provides twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Compensation: In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.

The Requirements:
  • College degree preferred but minimum of High School diploma;
  • At least one year administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Outlook;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Professional demeanor;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, competent follow through skills;
  • Attention to detail in reviewing requests and submitting reports;
  • Ability to exercise good judgment/decision making when necessary;
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high pressure environment;
