Role Overview

Mytra’s People Team is looking for a motivated and detail oriented Recruiting Coordinator to help coordinate interviews, facilitate onsite logistics, and participate in ad-hoc projects across Recruiting, People Ops, and Workplace.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain a positive candidate experience from scheduling initial phone screens to onsite/remote interviews with members of the team.
  • Assist with onsite interview logistics including greeting candidates, and settling them in their conference room with wifi access.
  • Communicate with candidates at all levels, from entry to C-suite, while maintaining a high level of professionalize and discretion.
  • Maintain data integrity within all our People systems, including our ATS, HRIS, and internal knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with People Team on ad-hoc projects.
  • Continually improve on our process to ensure our People Team functions efficiently.

What makes you a strong fit

  • Experience working as a coordinator in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple teams and departments.
  • Detail oriented and a self-starter with the ability to approach a problem with multiple points of view.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Rippling, Notion, Google Suite, and/or Slack
  • Located in the Bay Area with availability to commute to South San Francisco 5 days a week.
