This role will involve developing and executing internal and external marketing strategies to increase adoption and engagement among sales professionals.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Landing the Client:
- Initial Engagement: Collaborate with the business development team to understand the needs and pain points of potential major clients.
- Custom Solutions: Develop customized digital marketing solutions that address these needs and align with the client’s business goals.
- Client Onboarding: Work with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for the client into the company’s ecosystem.
- Internal Engagement:
- Tactics and Programs: Develop tactics, approaches, and programs to influence the adoption of the company’s services among sales professionals within the client organization.
- Communication Plans: Create and implement internal communication strategies to promote the company’s offerings, ensuring that sales professionals understand and engage with the services.
- External Marketing:
- Marketing Strategy: Craft a comprehensive marketing strategy to externally market the company’s services to sales professionals inside the client organization.
- Digital Campaigns: Execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC) tailored to reach and engage sales professionals.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content and targeted campaigns that resonate with the sales professionals, highlighting the benefits of the company’s services.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze Performance Metrics: Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Data-Driven Adjustments: Use data-driven insights to guide strategy adjustments and improvements.
- Increased Lead Generation: Successfully identify and engage a significant number of qualified leads, contributing to the overall sales pipeline.
- Effective Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute outreach campaigns that generate interest and result in scheduled sales calls.
- Client Engagement: Build strong initial relationships with potential clients, laying the groundwork for successful sales conversions.
- Experience in SaaS: Proven experience in building B2C marketing strategies within SaaS.
- Metrics and Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to be metrics and results-oriented, with outstanding communication skills to C-Suite.
- Design and Branding Sensibility: Strong design and branding sensibility, with an eye for good design.
- Collaborative Leadership: Ability to work with others and lead when required.
