Professional experience: 5-7+ years of experience in Leading Software Development teamsStrong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (C# / .NET)Leadership skills and demonstrated experience in managing internal and external teamsProactive personality, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and analytical skillsIntermediary level of German is a plusManage the successful delivery of different software products and features based on the Microsoft ecosystem (C# / .NET, Azure)Manage the internal tech team composed of 10 Software Engineers as well as lead external partners working on different software solutionsDefine the technical strategies for each product and solution, own the technology stack, ensure the deliverables of external partnersGrow your teams by recruiting and training new employees in the coming monthsManage relationship with external delivery partnersNice-to-have skills
