Your mission
As Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our existing customers. You will act as the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with our Support, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Your profile

  • Engage with potential customers and assist in their first experience with our SaaS product.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure that customers are acquainted with the benefits of our product.
  • Deliver consistent world-class customer experience
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our customers through consulting and services for best practice usage.
  • Guide customers throughout their journey, drive adoption, and advise on product updates.
  • Proactively identify, address, and manage customer issues.
  • Work collaboratively with our Support team on any technical issues and implementation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with the Product team to prioritize and forward customer feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to build customer testimonials and referrals.
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce customer churn.
  • Identify new opportunities for upsells and collaborate with the Sales team.
  • Ensure data quality in our CRM (HubSpot).

Our ideal candidate

  • Is a true team player.
  • Demonstrates a “going the extra mile” mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a customer-facing role.
  • Has excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Other language skills are a plus.
  • Technical knowledge and first experience with Microsoft technologies are a plus.
  • Is highly organized, self-driven, and able to multi-task.
  • Able to establish and cultivate positive connections with customers and colleagues.
  • Has empathy and the ability to understand and meet the customer needs.
  • Feels confident in an environment of hands-on operations as well as creative thinking.
  • Can address, communicate, and resolve disagreements effectively.
  • Works from our Munich office or remotely.
