As the Product Manager for our purchasing squad, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes backend engineers, frontend engineers, a user experience designer, and a data analyst. Your primary focus will be on enhancing and advancing the order review and checkout processes on refurbed.

Who you are:

• Significant experience in product management on a marketplace or e-commerce product
• Experience with product discovery techniques, including experimentation (e.g. A/B tests)
• Experience with a prioritization framework (e.g. RICE, ICE, …)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you think strategically and make decisions based on data
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in a collaborative and agile environment and understanding of basic technical concepts (e.g. API)
• It's a plus if you have experience with e-commerce checkout (payment methods, and upselling

What you will do:

• Product discovery: discovery opportunities for cart/checkout improvements together with UX and tech lead and increase confidence in the identified opportunities. Estimate the potential impact on company metrics
• Execution support: drive the execution of the changes together with tech lead
• Data monitoring: Continuously monitor the impact of implemented changes and leverage data insights to make informed decisions on next steps
• Communication: constantly communicate with internal stakeholders on potential internally sourced opportunities and current ongoing work/learnings.
