Key Responsibilities

• Interact with German-speaking clients via various channels to assist with travel inquiries, bookings, and customer support.
• Utilize your hospitality experience to offer personalized advice on travel packages, accommodations, and unique experiences.
• Create tailored travel itineraries that capture clients’ preferences and desired experiences.
• Effectively address customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Stay current on travel trends and destination information to provide insightful recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an asset.
• Previous experience in travel consulting, hospitality, or customer service is required.
• A strong passion for travel and a comprehensive knowledge of various global destinations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle customer issues with effective, timely solutions.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software applications.
• Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote environment.
