Provide human resources support to the International Directorate by assisting with manpower planning and staffing requirements funded through Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and supporting personnel/manpower management activities.
· Assist with manpower planning and staffing requirements funded through FMS.
· Provide integrated support for personnel and manpower management activities supporting and sustaining the F-35 program.
· Coordinate with stakeholders across the International Directorate as required.
· BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline.
· Minimum 5 years performing duties described in the functional description.
· U.S. citizenship required.
· Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain/maintain Secret (interim may be acceptable per contract requirements).
· Federal human resources and/or manpower experience.
· Familiarity developing FMS manpower packages.
· Experience supporting international program offices or stakeholders (preferred).
Education/Experience Substitution (per PWS 3.4.5): An Associate's degree plus 5 additional years of related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree; a GED and/or relevant technical certification plus 10 additional years of work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
· Must be able to work effectively in a secure, mission-focused environment supporting Government stakeholders.
· Must maintain professionalism, discretion, and high attention to detail in handling sensitive information.
· Must be able to use standard productivity tools and Government collaboration platforms as required.
