About
We are looking for a talented and experienced Staff Data Analyst to join our Data team. As a Staff Data Analyst at Lokalise, you will be crucial in driving our data analytics initiatives and supporting a data-driven culture across the company. Your expertise in data visualization, reporting, and machine learning will contribute to optimizing customer acquisition and empowering decision-making and innovation at every level. This full-time, remote role requires a skilled data analyst who is passionate about using data to unlock insights, optimize performance, and drive growth.
You Will
- Support Analytics Vision: Contribute to developing and implementing a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Build and Maintain Reports and Dashboards: Design, develop, automate, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards on the critical drivers of our business.
- Develop Machine Learning Models: Build and deploy machine learning models (e.g., regression, XGBoost, Decision Trees) to optimize customer acquisition flows and find new growth opportunities.
- Ensure Data Quality: Maintain data integrity and quality through the use of tools such as DBT.
- Support Marketing and Revenue Teams: Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to reconcile revenue data and identify opportunities for optimization in customer acquisition flows.
- Foster Data-Driven Culture: Champion the use of data in decision-making, ensuring data accessibility and literacy across all departments.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in a product-led growth company, with a strong track record of leveraging data to drive decision-making and growth.
- Proficiency in analytics and data tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, DBT) and knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Expertise in data visualization and reporting.
- Experience working with marketing and revenue teams, reconciling revenue data, and finding optimizations in customer acquisition flows.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
