The ROMILDAMOR Foundation works to enable survivors of Human Trafficking and Gender Based Violence to have access to Legal, Career and Academic Support, helping them to re-integrate safely back into society & have access to meaningful academic opportunities. By working in this role, you will help service users take the practical steps necessary to gain access to meaningul educational opportunities which will further help their safe re-integration into society.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has experience with educational institutions, securing partnerships, working in a team, and who has an interest in social justice/supporting people affected by human trafficking and other forms of gender-based violence the Academic Development Ambassador will be responsible for frequently meeting with the service user to ensure appropriate steps are being taken towards their academic goals (in accordance with the service user's Career Plan); mainting good contact with partner educational institutions & establishing new and useful contacts. While experience with working directly with academic institutions is not entirely necessary, a person who has good teamwork and networking skills & experience with working with businesses/within a charity is highly valued.

What will you be doing?

The Academic Development Advisor will be responsible for Sourcing educational courses for the clients as part of the Capacity Building Team. Working closely with our academic institutional partners Sourcing additional partnerships with colleges and universities. Maintain accurate records of the client's academic plans & activities
