We're looking for a Software Engineer This role is Office Based

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer (SDE) with expertise in ASP.NET, C#.NET, SQL, and a strong working knowledge of REST APIs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our technology initiatives.

In this role you will….

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using ASP.NET, C#.NET, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between various systems.
• Ensure APIs are scalable, secure, and conform to industry best practices.
• Utilize SQL for database design, optimization, and management.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate API endpoints into the overall application architecture.
• Use Git for version control, ensuring codebase integrity, and facilitating collaborative development.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
  
  

Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ASP.NET, C#.NET, SQL, REST API development, and version control systems

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development using ASP.NET, C#.NET, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
• Experience with frontend technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is desirable.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  
  

Certification in relevant technologies is a bonus.
