ABM College is currently looking for a highly experienced, talented, and creative Graphic Design Instructor who has a passion for sharing their expertise and experiences to facilitate the delivery of quality education for the Graphic Design Diploma of the college.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Create dynamic classroom and online learning experiences using various teaching strategies to facilitate adult learners in achieving learning objectives by the program objectives as set out in the curriculum.
  • Ensure students are motivated to learn and maximize their potential.
  • Develop different classroom and online instructional strategies to ensure knowledge and skills acquisition and retention.
  • Evaluate students’ performance through different academic assessments.
  • Prepare academic reports (grading sheet, attendance, academic exercises, and assessments).
  • Prepare and update course syllabus/outline and content if needed.
  • Create lesson plans and course schedules.
  • Actively participate to develop and update curriculum, manuals, and guides as requested by Coordinator and Academic Lead.

Education And Skills Requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or other related fields.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the field.
  • Fluent in multiple programming languages (including HTML and CSS); web design content management system platforms, such as WordPress; and digital design software
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience or mentoring role.
  • Proficient in any other graphic design and technical skills necessary to train the students to become successful Graphic Designers.
  • Proficient in the technical and theory translation of the course.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and innovative.
  • Strong organizational, research, and accuracy skills.
  • Sharp listening skills, excellent analytical skills, and a critical thinker.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Must have sensitivity and ability to successfully interact with diverse populations.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Committed to quality of service and a thorough approach to the work.
  • Exceptional computer knowledge and skills.

Job Type: Part-time 20 Hrs
