As a Voice Engineer, you will have the chance to influence, support, and execute on several projects and shape the organisational telephony system. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing VoIP system features, ensuring transmissions meet quality standards and specifications. You will cover the complete life cycle of our telephony platforms, from architecture and planning to implementation and ongoing support.Sub-Saharan Africa

Your role will involve administering UCaaS telephony and contact centre solutions while providing technical support for incidents. Bring a solid understanding of network security, routing, switching, firewalls, and proxies.
