Your team consists of more than 35 colleagues who are Data Specialists and assistants for Graphic Design. We help another business unit called RMI with handling and documentation of our inbound customer requests for our service book.
We're excited to offer a remote work opportunity in Germany, and it's ready for the right candidate (m/f/d) to jump in as soon as they're available. This position is a maternity leave (limited) contract and a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week, spread across five days. Join us from the comfort of your home!

Location-independency & flexibility stay with us:
? Full Remote: we work fully remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany
? Work hours: in this role, you´ll work the five hours from Monday to Friday in between two "shifts" that change weekly. One is 7-12 and the other one is 12-17.
? Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal
?? Set-up: for this we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (Dell devices, the standard remote package includes a notebook, 2monitors, headset, mobile phone, mouse + keyboard, docking station)
? Vacation: 30 days a year

Tasks
- Data administration: Logging and conveying of data recorded and transmitted by the customer into systems
- Data acquisition: Assisting our workshop customers through active acquisition of data and information retrieval/procurement
- Access management: Creating customer accounts for access to our online information systems
- Customer support: Supporting our customers by responding to inquiries via email
- First experience in contact with customers
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- IT affinity and confident handling of work on the PC
- Fluency in German and English language skills (B1+)
