Position Summary:

  • The Enspire SEO team uses Google & Moz’s recommended best industry practices to develop an SEO strategy for each client and fully own and implement this SEO strategy for all active clients every month.
  • The SEO Fulfillment Senior Specialist will utilize their SEO expertise to perform keyword research and craft a strategy with combinations of SEO tasks monthly that use a client’s monthly SEO budget to full & highest impacting effect. SEO tasks based on the client’s SEO strategy and intended audience and is responsible for ensuring all monthly SEO deliverables are completed on time every month with the client’s industry, branding, performance, satisfaction, and SEO best practices in mind.
  • The SEO Senior Specialist is responsible for the overall direction and performance of each SEO campaign they are assigned. This role will also review, track, and be accountable for the SEO performance of their entire client portfolio.
  • The SEO Senior Specialist will complete market analysis and create recommendations for SEO strategy for existing and new prospective customers brands to improve SEO performance and will attend and present at client and new sales meetings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Using keyword research tools to research and select appropriate keyword phrases for the account that are relevant to the client, industry, location (s) being targeted, and have an acceptable amount of search volume/competition volume.
  • Create content requests for the Enspire copywriting team that will significantly benefit the SEO campaign; these requests include new pages of SEO content, refreshing existing SEO content, SEO Blog Articles, SEO Press Releases, and any new content that may be required.
  • The SEO Fulfillment specialist will work closely with Blog network partners for link-building tasks as well as the Enspire Copywriting team to deliver a full range of effective SEO tasks to all campaigns under their care.
  • Provides SEO consulting to the Customer Success Consultant & Customer Success Director on the client’s behalf.
  • Provides direct SEO consulting to the corporate contacts for each partner that is signed up for SEO alongside those partner’s assigned CSD.
  • Drafts overall summary SEO reporting for all of their assigned partners during the monthly health reviews and quarterly business reviews. These summary reports and consultations will be both client-facing and internal-only at times.
  • The SEO Specialist is required to read SEO and social media blogs and attend SEO and social media webinars to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends.
  • Properly document SEO tasks and any internal items in line with the team’s documentation process: track and own performance for clients via monthly reporting and internal management reporting.
  • The SEO Specialist is responsible for the decision-making and implementation of the client’s SEO strategy. As a result, the Specialist, SEO II’s expertise, strategy creation, originality, and talent have a direct impact on the success of the account.
  • Review, track, and be accountable for the SEO performance of their entire client portfolio.
  • Prepare analysis and presentations to review SEO performance for existing customers on monthly and quarterly basis. Join Account Director on client calls to present analysis.
  • Prepare SEO solution analysis and presentations for new sales pitches and join sales team on sales calls.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with working from the home environment as well as Office tools such as outlook, teams, excel, word, & PowerPoint are preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Experience working with digital marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role of some form.
  • At least 3 year of experience working with multiple teams on large projects with many roles & responsibilities.
  • Strong passion & drive for SEO as well as critical thinking skills.
  • Passion for learning and staying abreast of SEO trends and Google happenings.
  • Prior experience and passion for joining a team to present analysis and recommendations in front of clients and prospect.
