About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and proactive Online Trading Executive to drive revenue and profitability across key online channels, including Shopify UK & US, Amazon UK, EU & US, and other dropshipping websites like NOTHS, Etsy, and eBay. This senior role reports directly to the Commercial Director and involves managing all marketing content, e-commerce email marketing, and maintaining a strong digital presence for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shopify Management:
    • Oversee all product listings, images, videos, and website functionality.
    • Maximize revenue and profit through the company website by setting and reviewing pricing, running sales/promotions, and managing third-party partnerships.
    • Create and plan visual website content, review product collections, and update navigation menus and home page banners.
    • Manage web pages, blogs, recipes, and other content, including customer reviews and feedback.
    • Coordinate with external web developers to resolve technical issues and introduce new features.
    • Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Merchant Centre to review ROI and adjust advertising spend.
    • Manage e-mail marketing using Klaviyo, including curating, copywriting, proofreading, and distributing newsletters.
  • Amazon Management:
    • Handle all product listings and categorisations, including text, images, video, and A+ content on Amazon channels.
    • Maximize sales and profitability through Amazon Vendor and Seller Platforms, regularly reviewing pricing and monitoring margins.
    • Run promotions, manage stock levels in Amazon Seller FBA, and prepare stock transfers.
    • Utilize Amazon Advertising to run campaigns, targeting a high ROAS.
  • Dropship Websites:
    • Manage product listings on platforms like Notonthehighstreet, Fodabox, Etsy, eBay, Debenhams, and Range+.
    • Develop relationships with account managers to maximize product visibility.
  • Online Business Profiles:
    • Maintain and update the brand’s profiles on Google My Business and Yell.com.
  • Public Relations:
    • Write and send press releases, manage journalist requests via Response Source, and maintain the journalist database in Freshsales.
Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar e-commerce role, selling physical products online.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Merchant Centre.
  • Strong understanding of costs related to web development, e-mail marketing, apps, and advertising.
  • Experience with e-mail marketing tools, particularly Klaviyo.
