We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pre-sales Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. If you are excited to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, this role will provide a great opportunity to grow your career with us.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales team and engage directly with prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
  • Provide and come up with proposals on how the company's solutions can address clients' needs and deliver value
  • Understand business requirements, company's sales goals, target audience, and market dynamics, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that align with the business objectives.
  • Organize data and generate deep customer insight in order to enhance sales operations productivity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate within the Sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts and targets. Monitor and track sales performance against forecasts and provide regular reports to management. Identify areas of concern and recommend corrective actions
  • Provide data, analyses and reporting to support sales force monthly and quarterly business reviews. Highlighting key performance metrics, sales trends, and sales representative performance. Present findings to sales leadership and collaborate on strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to manage contract creation, approval, and execution processes.
  • Administer and maintain our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights
  • Passion with Data Science & AI tech industry
  • Familiar with Office software and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A self-starter with a passion for collaboration and problem-solving.
