Short description:


In this position you will be the link between the business and our partners in the EMEA South Region (Balkans, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Israel, Ukraine). By anticipating and understanding clients’ and partners’ business needs you build company credibility, brand value and trust with key stakeholders. We are looking for someone who has a knack for rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. You team with the direct sales organisation to optimise the effectiveness of channel engagements and drive revenue.


You will report to the Head of Partners EMEA South.


This is an individual contributor role on a permanent in-house contract. It is NOT suitable for freelancers.


Tasks in detail:



  • Closely monitor the programme objectives and provide critical performance feedback;
  • Gain knowledge, insight and understanding from key decision-makers regarding customer needs;
  • Promote Hexagon portfolio solutions to stakeholders and prospective customers to assist in the sales process;
  • Holding the partners and the stakeholders accountable to agreed upon commitments and objectives;
  • Aligning internally with the partner leadership team to drive toward a common goal;
  • Actively identify, drive and own partner led pipeline and conduct regular opportunity reviews with partners and Hexagon sales teams;
  • Track, measure and manage partners’ success against metrics to maximize results;
  • Provides partners with performance data and collaborates with their team and internal resources to drive their growth;
  • Develop, build and maintain strong business relationships with “partner” executives (including C-level) across sales, marketing and delivery teams;
  • Drives partner sourced and influenced revenue;
  • Submits change requests on behalf of the partnership team and collaborates with internal teams on solutions.


Requirements:


  • Strong sales background with proven record of success
  • 2-5 years in account management for a channel sales organisation in the metrology or engineering industry is essential
  • Business fluent in English
  • Strong written, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI reporting tools
  • High proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Expertise conducting meetings and training often in a virtual setting
