Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dutch Speaking Technical Online Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with our Dutch-speaking clientele, providing them with the technical support and guidance required to navigate our services and products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through online channels.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues reported by clients.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to customers, helping them understand the resolution process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical support queries.
- Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolutions.
- Keep up-to-date with product updates, service changes, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a bonus.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related customer service position is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Familiarity with online support tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
