Our Shopware Consulting Service offers expert advice for our customers' e-commerce success and supports the Shopware journey with expert business and technical advice. Become part of our agile team and help our customers and partners with their complex technical challenges to achieve exactly that.

No matter where you work from, you are an integral part of the team. We are therefore looking for Shopware Consultants (m/f/d) across Europe for our consulting services. Here you see an overview of the offerings of this department.

These are your tasks:

• You record, review and supply technical requirements via proof-of-concept (PoC), request for proposal (RFP), pitches, onboardings, and workshops for our customers.
• You create innovative technical concepts with a high level of complexity for our customers based on their needs and market trends.
• You validate technical solutions in customer projects.
• You're working in interdisciplinary teams / across service lines, e.g., with Sales.
• You're working together with the Product team and developers to discuss existing customer requirements and solutions.
• You develop training courses for our customers' development teams.
• You carry out server-side load testing and do feature code reviews.

This is what you'll bring to the table:

• You have several years of experience with modern software development/frameworks (PHP, Symfony, JS, Vue.js, etc.).
• You are very familiar with the technical know-how around and with Shopware.
• You have a solid technical understanding and an analytical approach to problem-solving. You can support Saas and Paas with distribution channels.
• You have an in-depth knowledge of software architecture, best practices, and programming patterns.
• You have impressive communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
• You are a team player and are not afraid to make direct contact with customers.
