As we strengthen our presence in the DACH market, we're looking for a new Senior Sales Development Representative with native German language skills to play a critical role in our growth journey.


As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Frends, you'll have the chance to shape our growth story and develop into a skilled solution sales professional. We offer a dynamic work environment where you can thrive and make a real impact.


In this role, your primary responsibility is to find and create new prospects for our integration platform Frends eiPaaS, in the DACH market. You will plan and execute inbound and outbound sales activities and actively follow up on marketing leads. We promise you full support from our Frends sales organization and related technical experts. You will work in close cooperation with our experienced Regional Director and sales team. At Frends, we have a thin hierarchy and little bureaucracy. We trust our people and give them space to operate. Of course, we expect results.


The position is suitable for a person interested in solution selling in the iPaaS field. The most important thing for us is your enthusiastic and active attitude, and you are motivated by challenges.

? Key responsibilities


  • Prospecting and contacting potential new customers through outbound and inbound lead generation to reach the targets and growth in the DACH market (focus on outbound)
  • Work closely with the sales team and arrange customer meetings for the sales managers
  • Continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment

? We expect


We seek an individual who exhibits an unwavering passion and commitment to their work, demonstrating a relentless drive for success.


  • at least 1 year of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in building a new business pipeline in iPaaS / SaaS B2B
  • preferably experience in iPaaS / integrations
  • interest in new business solution selling and technical solutions
  • hunter mindset and business & customer-centric thinking
  • ability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, quickly-growing company
  • the role requires native German and professional English (both verbally and in writing), and living in Europe.
