Position: Growth Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing client accounts and orchestrating strategic media buying processes. From developing and executing growth strategies for client acquisition to optimizing media buying plans that drive campaign success, you will lead initiatives that define our agency's success. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with data-driven insights to achieve outstanding results for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, manage, and drive all paid media campaign performance for your portfolio of clients.
  • Manage client accounts and lead end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate data insights into creative strategies for optimal audience engagement.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for client acquisition and expanding the company's market presence.
  • Implement strategic media buying plans to optimize ad placements and maximize campaign performance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Growth Marketing Manager
  • Proven experience in client account management and media buying within a creative advertising agency.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, data, and client services.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of successful campaign execution
