• Europe, Middle East and AfricaDrive the strategic direction of product deliverables, focusing on validating customer needs and prioritizing features to align with business goals.
• Europe, Middle East and AfricaConduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify areas for innovation.
• Europe, Middle East and AfricaWork closely with engineering teams to translate validated product requirements into actionable user stories, focusing on strategic product management rather than delivery tasks.

• Europe, Middle East and AfricaBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field;Europe, Middle East and Africa
• Europe, Middle East and Africa3+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or related sectors.
• Europe, Middle East and AfricaUnderstanding of trading technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain concepts.
• Europe, Middle East and AfricaExperience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Europe, Middle East and AfricaExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Europe, Middle East and AfricaAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Europe, Middle East and AfricaProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
