About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Implementation Manager to join our team, focusing on the innovative Route Advisory Service (RAS) solutions. The Business Implementation Manager will play a key role in the operational implementation and rollout of new features in the RAS space. You will collaborate closely with marketing on product rollouts, work with the commercial team to address market demands and support the strategic shift in our servicing paradigm to address the ever-evolving route optimization space. Additionally, you will take a lead role within the RAS technology team, driving innovation and excellence.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational implementation and rollout of new features in the RAS space.
• Work closely with marketing on RAS product rollouts.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to understand and respond to market demands for RAS.
• Support the strategy to transition the operational work paradigm and enhance the consultancy aspect of our operational business.
• Take a lead role in the RAS technology team, driving technological advancements and team collaboration.
• Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on new RAS functionalities.
• Contribute to the development of support processes and documentation for RAS features.

Core Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or change management roles, preferably within the maritime or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of Route Advisory Service (RAS) solutions and their market applications.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
