WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our blockchain products. You will work closely with Product Manager Lead and cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to drive the product roadmap and deliver high-quality solutions. In order to work effectively with our distributed teams, proficiency in English is required. Your technical expertise in blockchain space combined with your management skills will enable you to drive towards product-centric solutions in a highly technical environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, for our blockchain solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business development, design, and marketing, to align product development with business goals and ensure successful product launches.
• Translate product requirements into clear and actionable user stories, technical specifications, and design guidelines for the engineering team.
• Work closely with software engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure the timely and successful delivery of features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Foster a collaborative and agile work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and best practices within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience (1-3+ years) as a Product Manager, with a preference for candidates who have exposure to blockchain technology or financial services (ideally in the blockchain industry or related field.)
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget. Previous experience working with the development of blockchain solutions or decentralized applications (DApps) is highly desirable.
• Technical background with a deep understanding of software engineering principles, processes, and methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Professional English proficiency
• Demonstrated experience working with international teams in a remote setting, coordinating efforts across multiple time zones.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives.
• EU/Asia timezone, potentially US (ET preferred)
