About The Role

We are looking for a Demand Marketing Senior Manager to help us build and grow a world-class growth engine that increases the adoption of our Merchant Services. You’ll bring this to life by driving key initiatives and strategies that drive qualified leads into the self-serve and sales funnels, ultimately impacting revenue goals. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels including direct mail, email, in-admin, dotcom, content, paid media, and more.

This role requires you to identify and focus on priority initiatives. The ideal candidate has a track record of building and managing marketing programs across channels, being laser-focused on driving impactful revenue outcomes. You are someone who enjoys and thrives working cross-functionally, managing multiple stakeholders towards a common goal, and ensuring projects cross the finish line. Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads into the self-serve and sales funnels
  • Collaborate heavily with stakeholders, including MUX, PMM, FED, Data Science, RevOps, Sales, and channel teams to to develop thoughtful, integrated multichannel programs
  • Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey.
  • Create scalable programs that generate and nurture leads via email, in-admin, paid, direct mail, content, and more.
  • Oversee all of the campaign tactics used to develop and cultivate sales leads into long-term merchants
  • Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and campaigns by managing stakeholders, budgets, timelines and processes
  • Conduct frequent analysis on program performance to scale efforts for the most efficient marketing mix and to achieve KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, SALs, C/W, Conversion, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns and messaging through frequent A/B testing and data analysis
  • Analyze campaign metrics and present recommendations
  • Communicate learnings and results with all stakeholders on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cadence


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing
  • Proven experience in developing, managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and tools (e.g., MA platforms)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and other testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL; a technical background would be a plus
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A passion for demand marketing and willingness to get hands-on building solutions
  • Comfortable with data, reporting, and identifying opportunities
  • Ability to thrive in chaos, resolve ambiguity, be solutions-oriented, and think on your feet
  • Ability to drive good decisions collaboratively and quickly
  • Willingness to roll your sleeves up, with a “get shit done” attitude
