As the first Talent Operations Manager at BioRender, reporting to our Head of Talent, you’ll partner with our executive teams, hiring managers, and talent acquisition teams to bring operational rigor to all or our talent processes and provide a stellar experience to candidates. You will lead a team of talent coordinators to improve and develop new programs, establish processes that allow us to scale, and evaluate systems and tools to ensure we have the right applications in place.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage BioRender’s talent management programs and processes ensuring standard operating procedures are in place and data hygiene across all of our tools
  • Manage and develop our team of talent coordinators, providing a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
  • Own reporting and dashboards to measure recruiting performance and inform recruiting strategy and processes
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation of our talent management systems, processes?and tools
  • Own talent management projects and initiatives, including employer branding, interview training, and referral programs
  • Support the successful transition and associated change management of the team, technology, processes, and workflows
  • Develop and manage relationships with recruiting partners and vendors

What You Bring To The Table

  • 6+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience leading teams of coordinators, operations specialists, or project/program managers
  • Experience in designing and delivering talent enablement programs, including interview training and documentation
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information to provide recommendations for our hiring programs and processes
  • Proven experience in leading change management for new tools, processes, and policies
  • Proficiency in modern talent tools, including Lever, Ashby, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Modernloop, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent written communication and project documentation skills
