- Sourcing (50%):Sub-Saharan Africa
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles on a global level.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs around the globe.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure they meet job requirements.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Recruitment (30%):Sub-Saharan Africa
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.Sub-Saharan Africa
- HR Generalist (20%):Sub-Saharan Africa
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and initiatives.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Maintain day-to-day communication with the main HR team based in Tel Aviv, Israel.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Ensure alignment and collaboration on HR initiatives, recruitment strategies, and company policies.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Participate in virtual meetings and provide updates on the progress of talent acquisition activities.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Proven experience (3+ years) in talent sourcing and recruitment in a high-tech organization.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Strong understanding of global sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and job boards.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining effective collaboration with the team.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations is a plus.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Sub-Saharan Africa
- Previous experience in Sourcing/Talent Acquisition roles.Sub-Saharan Africa
