Sub-Saharan AfricaWe’re searching for a Senior Systems Advisor in Collaboration Technologies to manage and support the deployment and maintenance of collaboration platforms in an international professional services setting, primarily across the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction)Sub-Saharan Africa

Sub-Saharan AfricaIn this dynamic role you will:Sub-Saharan Africa

• Provide high-level technical advice and support to Collaboration Systems Advisors (CSA’s) across hemispheres.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Support the ongoing promotion and compliance of GHD’s unified collaboration platforms and practices.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Lead technical planning and implementation of work programs aligned with GHD’s strategic business needs.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Facilitate vendor management, issue resolution, and implementation of strategic IT initiatives.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Maintain high availability of GHD’s collaboration platforms and implement continuous improvement strategies.Sub-Saharan Africa
  
  

Sub-Saharan AfricaWhat you will bring to the team:Sub-Saharan Africa

• Extensive experience in AEC project delivery, from small projects to global implementations.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Strong understanding of ProjectWise, BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar systems.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Proven project management skills with flexibility in work hours and willingness to travel.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Degree qualification in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is desirable.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, leadership across cultural and remote teams, and complex problem solving.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Deep knowledge of information management practices in an AEC project delivery context.Sub-Saharan Africa

• Additional certifications related to project management or IT service management.Sub-Saharan Africa
