  • Sub-Saharan AfricaOversee and be hands-on in the end-to-end Accounts Payable process. This includes:Sub-Saharan Africa
    • Sub-Saharan AfricaManaging the Accounts Payable inbox.Sub-Saharan Africa
    • Sub-Saharan AfricaInvoice processing and approval.Sub-Saharan Africa
    • Sub-Saharan AfricaCreating and receipting Purchase Orders following the Procurement Framework.Sub-Saharan Africa
    • Sub-Saharan AfricaSet up and maintenance of supplier records.Sub-Saharan Africa
    • Sub-Saharan AfricaManagement of supplier pay runs.Sub-Saharan Africa

  • Sub-Saharan AfricaDemonstrate inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaExperience leading an accounts payable function, preferably in a medium to large organisation.Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaDemonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing an accounts payable team.Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaIntermediate Excel skills including confidence dealing with large data sets, using Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaBasic accounting knowledge (posting journals including accruals and prepayments and completion of reconciliations).Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaExperience with NetSuite, Flexipurchase, Eftsure or Zendesk would be great but not essential.Sub-Saharan Africa
