Sub-Saharan AfricaThe mission of the Square Compliance Quality Control (QC) team at Square is to provide timely and encouraging feedback on decision-making; constructive observations; valuable insight into trends, processes, and procedures, while highlighting opportunities for efficiency. This is achieved by sampling decisions made by the Compliance Team. We are looking for a Compliance Quality Control Analyst to help QC review decisions made by our global Compliance operations teams. You will specifically focus on QC reviews of Japan and Australia Compliance cases. You will provide training, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to global Compliance procedures and report to the Square Compliance Quality Control Lead.Sub-Saharan Africa
