We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist who will support our Recruitment Team in attracting the best IT professionals. You will be responsible for building strong candidate pipeline for our immediate and future needs. It’s a great opportunity for those who would like to learn/develop their sourcing skills and gain experience in IT recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperating with Recruiters to understand the position requirements
• Searching social networks to identify potential candidates
• Sending personalised messages to potential candidates on social media
• Setting up initial conversations with candidates
• Ensuring great candidate experience
• Posting new jobs on dedicated websites
• Contacting past applicants for new job opportunities
  
  

Requirements

Must-haves:

• Previous experience as Sourcing Specialist or in a similar role (1-2 years)
• Great written and verbal communication skills in English (at least B2 level)
• Good time management skills
• Good team player
• Interest in talent acquisition/IT recruitment
