What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Two years or more of customer service or telephone experience
• Experience with organizational functions, personnel, fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
• Proficiency in using help desk software
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
