To strengthen our 90 people team, we're looking for a passionate Team Leader SEO to join us! You'll be joining a passionate SEO team of 16 people, based in Lille, Paris and remote.

As Team Lead SEO, you will be responsible for :

• SEO Strategy Development : You will develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that encompasses technical, content, and link-building elements.
• Technical SEO : Conduct thorough technical audits and implement on-site SEO improvements, including optimizing site structure, schema markup, and page speed.
• Content Strategy : Oversee the development of SEO-aligned content that not only ranks well but also engages and converts users.
• Link Building Strategy : Develop and execute a robust link-building strategy aimed at improving our websites domain authority and search rankings.
• SEO Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics.
• Leadership and Team Management

✅ You have proven SEO experience, with 5+ years as an inhouse SEO

✅Proficiency with SEO tools (log analysis, crawling, keyword research, GSC, etc)

✅Strong sense of ownership

✅Experience on competitive SERPs

✅ You’re obsessed about rankings keywords

✅ Professional English + Portuguese
