Looking For:

We are looking for passionate Client Success Managers/Project Managers with design project experience who would like to work with a leading creative agency, who works with top brands in our client’s industry.

We are looking for project managers/account managers with superior project management skills who have experience working in a fast-paced agency culture, can manage the success of projects and keep clients happy, while working on fun creative projects.

Who We Are:

We are an established creative agency (NUEXcreative.com) specializing in Branding and Packaging for consumer product goods clients. We work with some of the biggest brands in the cannabis, hemp, and vape industry. We also work with other consumer product goods companies and are looking to expand to more CPG industries.

We also have a sister company that specializes in Branding and Websites for financial services companies. We may need your help with the sister company as well.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Able to Work and take client calls in U.S. Time Zone (Pacific Time Zone)
  • Professional Project Management experience
  • Design project experience
  • Proficient in Lean, Agile project management
  • Team Management expertise
  • Agency experience, experience working in a fast-paced environment for a design, creative, marketing, or other B2B service agency
  • You have to be willing to undergo training on all our systems and processes and be able to teach our clients what you learned
  • You are ready, willing, and excited to role play and practice communication and sales techniques to sell clients on an idea, strategy, concept, or new initiative
  • You are comfortable speaking and listening to people from all over the world
  • You are confident in your ability to not only make decisions on the fly, but also give clients advice or push back on their ideas
  • You have excellent written and verbal English skills.

Nice To Have: (but not required)

  • Professional Project Management Certifications (PMP or others)
  • Experience with Zoom video call software
  • Experience with Asana software
  • Experience with Google Workplace software, like GMail, Drive, Calendar, etc.
  • Experience with Skype and Slack software
  • You have previous experience in an Account Management role or worked in the Hospitality or Service industry
  • Design project management experience, or managing creative projects

Role Responsibilities:

  • Write and manage project requirements, client feedback, and other project management/client documents
  • Host or attend client meetings via Zoom calls
  • Take notes during meetings
  • Communicate between designers, team, and clients
  • Manage client documents
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and quickly build relationships
  • Perform onboarding calls with new clients to get them acquainted with our process and gather information to be used by our fulfillment team
  • Perform check-in calls weekly or bi-weekly with existing clients to provide project updates, mitigate risks, gather dependencies from clients, take notes, and provide post-meeting recap emails to clients and internal team
  • Respond to all client questions in a timely and concise manner (within one business day)
  • Manage Asana (project management software) project and task statuses, assign tasks, update feedback and action items from notes, manage project/task templates, and manage overall Asana board updates
  • Problem solve and manage crisis situations. Be able to keep the temperature low with problem clients and find a win-win situation for problems
  • Coach clients through tough situations with our tactics and strategies that we emphasize
  • Act as a liaison between our internal delivery team and clients to ensure exceptional client service as it relates to industry insights, campaign analysis, best practices, and strategic recommendations
  • Implement upsell and retention strategies to help grow the business, encouraging clients to take action on other products and services that could be beneficial to them
  • Have fun on projects and create a fun and collaborative environment for our team and clients
