Join 5CA as a Growth Marketing Specialist, where you'll use data to refine and execute user acquisition strategies, manage multichannel campaigns, and drive measurable growth. This position involves collaborating directly with our Director of Growth to innovate our marketing and business development approaches, focusing on B2B clients.

Responsibilities

°Lead the development and execution of outbound and inbound marketing strategies across various channels, optimizing user experience and engagement.

°Develop and implement cross-funnel campaigns aimed at expanding our B2B sales pipeline.

°Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.

°Conduct A/B tests to enhance messaging, targeting, and creative outputs.

°Enhance our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to improve conversion rates.

°Employ marketing automation tools to enhance the efficiency of campaign execution.

°Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business goals through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

°Develop and leverage data-driven case studies and expand our media outreach to increase online visibility

About You

°Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

°Minimum 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.

°Proven ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive decisions.

°Skilled in A/B testing and campaign optimization.

°Innovative approach to enhancing business impact, willing to take calculated risks.

°Strong communication and collaboration skills

°Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
