Overview
We are currently seeking a Freelance, InDesign Expert to join our team. If you have a proven track record of delivering compelling visual solutions, then this role may be the perfect fit for you. As a freelancer with us, you will collaborate closely with our content and video teams to produce top-quality graphics across various mediums, including brochures, banners, flyers, social media posts, infographics, and videos. Your expertise will be pivotal as you work alongside content experts to generate innovative ideas, design wireframes, and develop mood boards to accurately represent concepts. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest level of quality and client satisfaction by reviewing the work of peers and freelancers, ensuring alignment with our standards and meeting client expectations.
Must have: proficiency in Adobe InDesign, alongside experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities
- Provide compelling visual solutions as graphic designer.
- Collaborate with content team and video team to deliver high-quality graphics needed for brochures, banners, flyers, social media posts, infographics, and videos.
- Collaborate with content experts to brainstorm new ideas to represent concepts, design wireframes and mood board.
- Reviewing your peers and freelancers outputs ensuring it meets the client expectations.
- Create exciting social media collaterals in the form of banners, carousels, brochures, flyers for audiences such as universities, institutions, publishers, academic societies, medical professionals, researchers and authors.
- Graduate degree (in any field).
- 5-6 years of experience in graphic designing industry.
- Experience in graphic designing, illustrations, creating marketing collaterals such as banners, brochures, flyers, etc.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop). Creating designs in PPT is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with content experts.
- Ability to meet extremely tight deadlines and multi-task.
