We are looking for a Scrum Master who will:

As a Scrum Master in one of our teams, you will have the opportunity to further your career in a leadership position while continuing to be strongly aligned with your passion for programming and software development.

• You’ll empower others by establishing and growing self-organizational capabilities within a team.
• You’ll collaborate in a way that guides the creation of effective outcomes, both in the team and across broader initiatives. You will also bring an awareness of team pressures, constraints, progress, and individual motivations.
• You’ll work with individuals to help coach and support their development needs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• As a team member, you’ll look for opportunities to help the team. You’ll contribute to sprint goals through your interpersonal and technical skills, as well as experience in the software industry.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field..
• 5+ years Scrum Master experience leading a software development team (or equivalent).
• Should come from a strong development or testing experience background.
• Experience in Release management and planning is preferred.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum. Experience with scaled agile practices is favorable.
• Experience with ADO and DevOps.
• Experience managing technical staff is preferred.
• Technical experience in commercial/enterprise software team leadership is valued.
• Experience using Linux environments to develop, deploy, and manage commercial applications is desired.
