About the job

The Role

As a System Administrator II, you will work across a variety of departments and teams regarding software applications, and internal systems/tools necessary to support the company. You have strong technical acumen and attentively listen to teams to further understand their challenges and desired outcomes and work products. You fully understand what is involved in completing an IT project and/or new implementation.

The candidate should be available to work in the EST time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and in-person support to resolve IT issues
  • Manage and support Windows and MacOS Operating Systems
  • Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop hardware/software
  • Ensure smooth deployment of new applications and integrations
  • Updating technical documentation
  • Provide any IT-related facility and office support as necessary


What You Bring to the Party:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5+ Years of hands-on experience working in IT Support, Helpdesk, or equivalent roles
  • Knowledge of IT Systems including, but not limited to, OKTA, JAMF, Intune, Atlassian, GSuite, Dropbox
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience providing remote support for a mid-size organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
