Role Description
Job Description: "Need urgently, 1 Offshore staff:
- willing to come in to the in office.
- willing to work Friday/Saturday/Sunday for 12-hour shifts.
Basic understanding of the following
- Account management concepts
- Active directory services
- Windows 10 troubleshooting (Wifi, profiles, hardware troubleshooting)
- ITSM/ITIL basics (ticket management, requests, etc)
- Phone que experience is a bonus
