The firm is seeking a skilled Paid Media Buyer with experience in both Meta and Google platforms to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a strong understanding of the U.S. market, has fluent English communication skills, and has experience with B2B and B2B2C campaigns.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, ensuring they are optimized for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
- Strategic Ad Planning: Strategize ad placements, budgeting, and audience segmentation to maximize reach and impact.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives and strategies, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with graphic designers to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals and brand aesthetics.
- B2B Marketing: Apply general B2B marketing knowledge to craft targeted advertising strategies that resonate with business clients.
- Optimized Campaigns: You have successfully optimized ad spending to achieve significant ROI improvements and increased lead generation.
- Strategic Impact: Your ad strategies have demonstrably boosted the brand's presence in the market, leading to increased business engagements and partnerships.
- Data-Driven Success: Through meticulous analysis and reporting, you have consistently enhanced the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- Proven Ad Buying Expertise: Extensive experience with Meta and Google advertising platforms, with a track record of managing successful B2B campaigns.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in campaign analytics and reporting, with the ability to glean insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
- B2B/B2B2C Experience: Background in B2B and, ideally, B2B2C marketing, with an understanding of how to navigate and leverage these markets for advertising.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, crucial for negotiating and strategizing with clients and team members.
- Graphic Design Collaboration: Experience working alongside graphic designers or direct experience in graphic design is highly advantageous.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop comprehensive ad strategies that effectively target key demographics and meet client objectives.
