They are seeking an Email Campaigns Manager with extensive knowledge of B2B email marketing and strong client-facing skills to help expand their client base and ensure high satisfaction among existing clients.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Directly interact with potential and existing clients, conducting demo calls to showcase the platform’s capabilities and persuade them to engage in services.
- Email Campaign Management: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, tailoring strategies to client needs and market trends to maximize effectiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly review campaign performance, providing clients with detailed monthly reports on success rates, A/B testing results, and strategic insights to foster strong client relationships and retention.
- Proposal Development: Oversee the creation of post-call proposals and follow-ups, ensuring they are compelling and aligned with client expectations and needs.
- Customer Retention: Conduct monthly check-ins with clients to discuss results, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to improve satisfaction and service quality.
- Increased Client Acquisition: Your expertise in conducting effective demo calls and follow-ups significantly boosts new client acquisitions.
- High Client Retention Rates: Through meticulous monthly reporting and strategic insights, you maintain and enhance client relationships, resulting in high retention rates.
- Leadership and Authority: You effectively communicate with high-level executives, displaying professionalism and command in discussions, which strengthens client trust and respect.
- Expertise in B2B Email Marketing: Extensive knowledge and experience in managing B2B email marketing campaigns, with proven results in lead generation and client engagement.
- Client Management Skills: Experience in client-facing roles, capable of leading conversations and negotiations with authority.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Communication and Leadership: Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English necessary to engage effectively with American CEOs and decision-makers.
- Adaptability and Learning: Quick to learn new technologies and adapt strategies to meet evolving client needs and industry trends.
